Mindsets of Getting Rich: Getting Started

Thinking Wealthy is the foundation of Becoming Wealthy. According to the movie, THE SECRET, which is the Law Of Attraction, one of the authors said, ‘Thoughts become things’. Mr. Wattles of The Science of Getting Rich said: “There is a thinking stuff from which all things are made, and which, in its original state, permeates, penetrates, and fills the interspaces of the universe. A thought, in this substance, produces the thing that is imaged by the thought. Man can form things in his thought, and by impressing his thought upon formless substance, can cause the thing he thinks about to be created.”
You must also know what you can do and be happy in doing it. You have to know your wealth profile. I learned this from Roger Hamilton’s Wealth Dynamic programme. It has crafted out a wealth strategy for me and given me a direction, to know what I need to do and what I should not do because my character, talents, and internal self are not suitable for it.
Getting Wealthy is the next thing you have to do. This means to go into action.
Develop action plans and focus on identifying your passions. Setting goals is a very important step.
For those who have difficulties disciplining themselves to set goals, try using the software that I have found very useful. It’s called Achieve-It. It is a worthwhile investment for your life! I have being using this software and it has put a lot of things in my life in order. Because I have so many goals set, I need to organise them in my notebook and my Pocket PC. I find this software having all the features I need, and it is extremely easy to use. Best of all, it integrates well with my Microsoft Outlook. Like a secretary, it keeps reminding me of the goals I set. Click here to find out more.
Getting wealthier should be the next goal after becoming financially free, and I particularly like this point. I attended T. Harv Eker’s seminar when he was here in Singapore. More than 5000 people were present at the big hall.
He said that you don’t become financially free only when you are rich. Before becoming rich, you ought to first become financially free. This means that you need to free yourself from the need to work and from financial worries. Pay your debts first. Practice the good habit of managing your finances first before you think of the next step to being rich. T. Harv Eker’s Secrets of The Millionaire Mindset is a must-have for you if you want to change your money blueprint. I strongly suggest you attend his seminars if he is in your area. For those living in the USA, you are lucky. He conducts a lot of seminars there. He said, “There is a secret psychology to money. Most people don’t know about it, that’s why most people never become financially successful. A lack of money is not the problem; it is merely a symptom of what’s going on inside you”. Click here to have a look at T-Harv’s programme.
A lot of people who become wealthy don’t know how to stay wealthy and eventually squander all their money. This is often the case for people who are born wealthy. Therefore, staying wealthy is the next most important thing you should do after acquiring wealth.
Then there is the thing about sharing your wealth. Why share your wealth? It gives you a sense of purpose in life. In fact, in my goal, when I reach the level of wealth I want, I want to share it with the world by being a photojournalist, traveling around the world and visiting the rural areas, and helping poor children create Internet stations so that they can reach out to the world and find their fortune. Everyone can be reached. They need help, and I’m going to help them. That’s the second life I would like to lead when I reach my desired wealth level.
